From the ancient cities of Germany emerges the first label for Horrorpunk and Punkabilly in Europe: Fiendforce Records! Our mission: To give horror a home in the old world.
Fans can expect the most gruesome sounds, the scariest bands and most hideous monsters to be unleashed on the unprepared continent.
Fiendforce Records is run by Paddy Nitzsche a.k.a "SCUMHEAD" of fiendclub.de – fame and Roderick Usher, well known for lending his voice to the Ghouls and The Other. Both have been fans of the genre (and also Superhero-Comics, Horror-Movies and Gothic-Literature) for centuries and will strife to make Horrorpunk dominate the music-market from Hel(l)sinki to Lisbon.
Listeners can expect nothing short of the best Punk-Rock ever (Horror- and otherwise), with guitars that will raise the dead, voices like coffin-nails (with a little touch of the dead King Elvis here and there) and outfits straight from the crypt. Fiendforce will be home to ghastly bands from Europe but also from the USA and other territories.
And if you are wondering: Horrorpunk is a very expandable definition for us. It includes all kinds of Horror-Rock and Punkabilly, but in the end it’s all fast, furious and subversive. Hence: Horrorpunk!

Music is my Heroins´ history is that of an open minded, multistylistic do-it-yorself-label in the hardcore tradition. Since nearly ten years the Monheim-based underground-label mixes old-school hardcore to new-school-emo, experimental hip hop and post-indierock. Based near the famous river rhine and one of the historical venues of the German scene (Sojus 7), Music is my Heroins products shape an expressionistic vision of how contemporary independent music can and should sound.
Formed in October 1994 by musician and scene activist Axel Redlich, who also was the booker for the Sojus 7, M.I.M.H. started with a tape-release of Axels band Catharsis. Catharsis were one of the first real emo-bands in the ebullition- and gravity-vein at a time, when emo still used to be real emo and wasn´t stuck in its contemporary chlichés.
Since then M.I.M.H., still set in the centre of the small town Monheim and the scene, build a worldwide distribution structure. Famous for good reviews in the underground press and popular for having produced the low-budget music-video-artwork by Runde1 (“Die 15. Art den Regen zu beschreiben”), which went to competition at the Oberhausen short-film festival and gained exceptional rotation at Viva 2, the last fine German Music Channel.

my favourite toy was founded in the beginning of 2001, before that the label called remaining thoughts records and released two records:
v/a - beat us if you can 7" (1998)
(a hardcore comp. feat. engrave, kate mosh, separation, force of change, turnover & simulcast)
one man and his droid - better than dying 7" (1999)
(the first record of this famous indie band who are now on defiance records)
For those of you who might care:
I change the name into my favourite toy because remaining thoughts sounded too much like a hardcore based label and I dont want to release just hardcore records.
I totally "believe" in the hardcore / punk philosophy and my favourite toy strongly support a vegan & straight edge lifestyle.
But I´m not a hardcore kid who just listen to hardcore the whole day... I´m 26 right now and I dont really can identify myself with the lyrics from a youth crew band. I think that you understand what I mean.
my favourite toy was founded because I want to offer bands a chance to get out of their underground and to release a record on this label or help them by booking a tour in other countrys than their own.
I dont know if this is still DIY for you because i earn some money with this, but I think it is almost better to get your money from a thing you love to do than working your ass of for a boss who gives a shit about you.

In the beginning there was pure enthusiasm.
It was 1989, the music industry was shit and two bored garage heads decided: "Let there be a label-- Yeah, a label with taste," and it was so.....
Starting with a decidedly garage-arific bent, Screaming Apple Records was born wailing and flailing, destined to issue some of the coolest garage punk records of the next decade. Platters by the legendary Fortune and Maltese, The Satelliters, The Yum Yums and a hunnerd or so other like-minded combos poured forth from the Screaming Apple vaults, assaulting ears worldwide with fuzz and snarl.
Twelve years later, radio still sucks, and Screaming Apple is still goin'. The teen stomp sound of earlier releases is now cut with bonafide power pop masterpieces and pure punk blast. WOLVERINE RECORDS is one the best known Punk Labels in Germany.
It was founded in 1992 by Sascha Wolff and has become in just a few month a well known Label for all Punk-interested people. In 9 years we have released about 90 Titles and there is no stop in the successfull Labelstory!
Wolverine was always a Punk Label (mostly with a poppy touch), but was never limited on one style. We have released Pop Punk Bands like: PSYCHOTIC YOUTH, YETI GIRLS, THE CHEEKS, SQUARE THE CIRCLE or GERM ATTACK Melodic Hardcore Stuff like: THE DAISIES, MR.BUBBLE B. or AXEL SWEAT, Folk Punk from ACROSS THE BORDER, Hardcore/Crossover like MOVE ON and KROMBACHER MC, Ska like FRAU DOKTOR, the SKA CHARTBUSTERS and FROM PUNK TO SKA Compilations, 77 Punk like THE BULLOCKS and SLOPPY SECONDS, german Punk like N.O.E., MY MORAL MAJORITY and TINNITUS, even some Hip Hop like ANARCHIST ACADEMY.
Or most know releases are the famous PUNK CHARTBUSTERS Compilation (4 Parts out right now) where Punk Bands are covering well known Pop and Rock Songs.
Wolverine works together with a very good Promotion Company in Germany (Starkult who work for the famous Toten Hosen and for Epitaph Europe) and we always try to make a good Promotion for our releases.
We also have good Distribution all over the world. Our Main Distributer is SPV in Germany.
Wolverine is a 100% Independent Label, that means Sascha is doing everything and has to like the Bands he released very much (musical and personal…). I belive in D.I.Y.
So we always open-minded for a good work-together! So you can have free Promotion CDs for your dealers/magazines and Radios for instance... Just ask!
Frankie Boy Records is a Sub Label of the well-known Punk and Ska Label Wolverine Records and it is specialized in Neo-Swing!
SWING – the freshest thing what happened to music in the last years! No constructed music on Computers from some „clever“ people at the big major Labels, but handmade old-style music with a fresh touch of Rock, Ska, Rockabilly or Punk make the kids, their parents and their grandparents crazy in the USA. Just remind you the big success of THE BRIAN SETZER ORCHESTRA and the CHERRY POPPIN‘ DADDIES! Unfortunenately it is very hard to get the CDs from most of these great Bands here in Europe, but we will change this now! Frankie Boy Records is the first Swing-only Label of Germany, which will bring the Swing-Wave to the old Continent! We will work together with the american Label Slimstyle Records, what is one the biggest for Neo-Swing in the States. But we are not limited on Slimstyle only, we will bring also other CDs from Bands to Europe and also we have released the first Neo-Swing-Compilation compiled in Germany!
